• At 02:22 p.m., the Thai military fired toxic gas into the area of O Bei Chon commune, Ou Chrov Distict, Banteay Meanchey province where the civilian resides.
The brutal actions above are indiscriminate attack by the Thai military, a serious violation of international humanitarian law.
