The Ministry of National Defence and the Royal Cambodian Armed Forces reiterate that “Cambodia's rights to self-defence is solely targeted at the Thai military targets and has never targeted at civilian areas". We firmly emphasize that Cambodia has been consistently and strictly upholding all obligations under the international law, especially international humanitarian law.
Cambodia demands that Thai medias both official and unofficial immediately cease deliberately spreading false information aimed at misleading the public, especially the Thai people, as well as the national and international media, shifting the blame on Cambodia, in order to expand their scope of aggression.
