(Phnom Penh): A senior Cambodian government official told Fresh News on December 10, 2025: “In the face of the armed aggression of the Thai military against the sovereignty and territorial integrity of Cambodia, which has used all kinds of heavy weapons, including bombers, against civilian areas in Cambodia.
This armed aggression has caused serious damage. As of December 10, 2025, 9 civilians have been killed (1 baby), 46 innocent people have been injured, and 37,115 families, equal to 127,133 people, including 58,603 women and 21,974 children, have been displaced in Preah Vihear, Oddar Meanchey, Banteay Meanchey, Pursat, and Battambang provinces.
The senior Cambodian government official emphasized that Cambodia has been collecting evidence to file a complaint with the International Criminal Court (ICC), of which Cambodia is a member.
