According to reports, as of 2:10 p.m. on December 10, 2025, more than 26,000 Thais (twenty-six thousand) living in buildings throughout Poipet city, Banteay Meanchey province, are afraid that the Thai military will attack the places where they are staying and hide. Some of them ran out and burned incense and prayed in all kinds of ways (as in the picture) after receiving news from the Thai side that Thailand was preparing to attack Poipet city.
